On February 22, 2023, at approximately 12:39 a.m., outside 127 Kingsland Avenue in Brooklyn, Lt. Gabriel Cuevas and PO Stefan Weaver of the Patrol Borough Brooklyn North Community Response Team stopped [redacted] and [redacted] respectively (Allegations A-B: Abuse of Authority, substantiated). Two of [redacted] friends, [redacted] and [redacted] were present during the incident. Lt. Cuevas allegedly shoved [redacted] against a wall (Allegation C: Force, within NYPD guidelines).
