On March 27, 2023, at approximately 3:08 a.m., at the southwest corner of East 51st Street and Third Avenue in Manhattan, [redacted] filmed Det. Charles Zucconi and Det. Andrew Smith, both of Manhattan South Night Watch, as they walked toward the 17th Precinct stationhouse. Det.
