On September 15, 2023, at approximately 7:20 a.m., Police Officers Muhitul Ambia, Fengguang Lin, Aleksey Berezovskiy, and Michael Buliga, all of the 32nd Precinct, responded to a 911 call at [redacted] in Manhattan. PO Muhitul stated, "Fuck her," to [redacted] mother (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]). PO Ambia, PO Berezovskiy, PO Buliga, and PO Lin, removed [redacted] to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation (Allegations B-D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Berezovskiy, PO Buliga, PO Ambia, and PO Lin, pulled at [redacted] hood, arms, and took him down to the ground (Allegations F-H: Force, [redacted] Allegation I: Force, [redacted]).
