Description: On October 25, 2017, Shaheim Rogers, Bevon Benn, and Sianna Stewart were waiting for a friend inside a rental Zipcar outside of an apartment building. Officers Fagan, Patel, Khitab, and Does approached the car, ordered everyone outside, tightly handcuffed them, searched them, searched the Zipcar, and searched Sianna's wallet. The officers found no contraband. The officers asked who the owner of the car was, and the group responded that it was Dayvoun Joyner, their friend. The officers refused to let Sianna call Dayvoun, and brought them to the precinct for processing, where they again searched the group.
