Description: On May 31, 2020, plaintiff was part of a march and street protest formed to protest systematic police violence. When protesters arrived at the intersection of Canal and Church St, they were met by a phalanx of NYPD officers in riot gear blocking the protestors from continuing their peaceful march. The protestors, including plaintiff, stopped, put their hands up in the air, and began chanting "hands up, don't shoot." Description: On June 6, 2012, defendants began banging on the door of the plaintiff's apartment. Plaintiff's brother opened the door and defendants forced their way into the apartment. Defendants grabbed Plaintiff and dragged plaintiff into the kitchen of her apartment. Plaintiff's bedroom was then searched without permission or authority. Defendant Bliss then demanded
