On August 8th, 2017, at approximately 1:07AM, inside [redacted] in the Bronx, officers drew their guns and eventually pointed them at [redacted] (Allegations A-C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Officers spoke discourteously to [redacted] (Allegation D: Discourtesy, [redacted]) and an officer called [redacted] a "fucking immigrant" (Allegation E: Discourtesy, [redacted]; Allegation F: Offensive Language, [redacted]). Officers used physical force against [redacted] outside [redacted] (Allegation G: Force, [redacted]). Sgt. Kevin Odoherty of the Emergency Service Unit entered and searched [redacted] (Allegations H and I: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
