Description: On July 13, 2017, plaintiff was lawfully driving his vehicle on Story Avenue, Bronx, when defendant police officers, without a warrant or probable cause, stopped him and searched his vehicle. Plaintiff recorded the search on tape. On July 18, while standing to his parked car, plaintiff was assaulted and arrested by other police officers. On September 10, when the plaintiff was driving, another defendant officer stopped, searched, attacked, and falsely arrested plaintiff. On September 15, while walking on the street, another group of officers stopped, searched, attacked, and arrested plaintiff for jay walking. Description: On March 3, 2018, a team of officers including Officer Acevedo entered an apartment and arrested and handcuffed Plaintiff. Despite Plaintiff not resisting arrest, he was handcuffed so tightly as to induce pain to his right wrist. Plaintiff was taken to the hospital accompanied by officer Aponte, at which he was handcuffed to the hospital bed. Plaintiff complained to officer Aponte that the handcuff was too tight, so officer Aponte inserted a key into the handcuff and broke it, rendering the handcuff inoperable and stuck on Plaintiff's wrist. This was not removed until 40 minutes later.

Description: On Aug 16, 2013 plaintiff was arrested by Sgt. James Williams, PO Nelson Acevedo, and John Does 1 - 5, in his building of residence. Police officers had entered the building due to some sort of disturbance on the floor below plaintiff’s dwelling. Plaintiff was concerned for the safety of his 2 children who had been playing downstairs in a courtyard in front of the building. Plaintiff exited his apartment solely with the peaceful intention of getting his children and escorting them back to his apartment.
