Description: On July 17, 2024 Plaintiff was in the passenger seat of a legally parked car with the engine off when Sgt. Kevin Weber, PO Joel Feliz, PO Jose Gomez, PO Sergey Pogosyan, and PO Anthony Rivera approached and falsely accused Plaintiff of crimes before violently grabbing Plaintiff's head and body, motivated in part by racial prejudice. POs were informed multiple times by Plaintiff and bystanders that Plaintiff is a paraplegic who cannot get out of a car on his own.
