Description: On July 14, 2013, Plaintiff was in the vicinity of 220th Street, Queens, NY, when he was attacked without provocation by defendant officers Demeo, Delgado, Hoffman, and Lubrano, who repeatedly punched, slammed to the ground and kicked Plaintiff in the face and body, before arresting him.
