Description: On March 12, 2013, plaintiff exited a grocery store and was walking down the street when he heard someone yell "Stop!" Not knowing if this statement applied to him, plaintiff kept walking. Suddenly, he was kicked and fell face down on the ground. Plaintiffs saw a set of the defendant P.O.s Edward Madden, Robert O'Neil, William Ditomaso, Matthew Kudow, John and Jane Does 1-10 standing over him. The officers kicked plaintiff all over his body while he was lying on the ground, and plaintiff fell unconscious.
