Description: On May 12, 2017, the plaintiff was driving in Manhattan around West 187th Street and Broadway, abiding by all traffic rules, when an NYPD vehicle—driven by Officer Michael Quinones, accompanied by Officer Myers—approached her from behind. The NYPD vehicle collided with the rear of the plaintiff's vehicle, causing the plaintiff to lose control and collide with two other vehicles in front of her. The plaintiff's car was totaled.
