Complaint
Description: On February 17, 2014, P.O.s Kenneth Mundy and Christine Sanchez falsely arrested, handcuffed, and took plaintiff to the 34th Precinct for processing. P.O. Mundy brought plaintiff to a holding pen, and an unidentified correction officer (who was wearing a hoodie and covering his badge) grabbed plaintiff and punched him in the stomach without provocation. The corrections officer knocked plaintiff out, rending him unconscious. Officer Mundy witnessed the whole incident. Plaintiff was taken to the hospital for treatment and continues to suffer physical and emotional injuries from the incident.
