On June 26, 2019, at approximately 10:37 p.m., at [redacted] in [redacted] for Manhattan. Police Officer Sanchez of the 23rd Precinct arrested [redacted] menacing in the second degree and harassment in the second degree. [redacted] was lodged in the 23rd Precinct stationhouse. During her detainment in the stationhouse, PO Sanchez and Lieutenant Jonathan Navarrete, the desk officer, did not provide [redacted] with medical attention (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] [redacted] collapsed in front of the stationhouse upon release and was taken by an ambulance to [redacted] Hospital in Manhattan.
