Complaint
Description: On or about June 21st, 2019, PO Temple and PO Dabrowski of the NYPD entered Plaintiff's home without a warrant. Plaintiff had committed no crime and was not in the process of committing any illegal act. PO Dabrowski and PO Temple used excessive physical force to subdue Plaintiff. Plaintiff was restrained in handcuffs while his person was searched and had his home searched. As a result of PO's unwarranted search of Plaintiff's private quarters, Plaintiff suffered fright, fear and indignity. Plaintiff was arrested and taken into NYPD custody.
