Description: Defendant Officers approached Plaintiff while she was with a friend on the stoop of an apartment building and questioned if empty open containers near them were theirs. Plaintiff said no because she hadn't been drinking. Then the officers entered the apartment building and went up to the apartment where Plaintiff's friends were having a party.
