Description: On March 9, 2021 Dibo Hafif's home was surrounded by by 150 rioters at 8PM. Hafif called the NYPD and they sent 4 officers to take a report, the report was made for inciting a riot by Officer Parisi. Officer Parisi promised that him and his unit would arrest the rioters if they did not stop. The NYPD left 1 police car and the officers did not get out of their car. Once the officers left, the crowd grew to over 1,000 and they stayed until 2AM. On March 10, 2021, Hafif went to the NYPD 61st Precinct and was assured that anyone who was seen vandalizing at the riot that night would be arrested, this was specifically said by Officer Thomas Costarella and this promise was accompanied by Officer Costarella's personal ...
