Description: On February 24, 2016, officers including but not limited to NYPD Detective Alexander Santiago, NYPD Officer Wilfredo Acevedo, NYPD Officer Edwin Aguilar, and NYPD Officer Jesus Santos, forcibly entered plaintiff's residence at 2971 Eighth Avenue, New York, NY, without a warrant, justification, consent, or probable cause to believe that plaintiff committed or was about to commit any crime. After entering his residence, the officers detained, imprisoned, and arrested plaintiff and forcibly transported plaintiff to a police precinct.
