Description: On August 11, 2017, plaintiffs, two juveniles, were approached by NYPD officers. The officers were dressed in civilian clothing, did not have shields or badges, and drove an unmarked car. The officers slammed plaintiffs into the ground and handcuffed them. One officer pressed his boot onto a plaintiff's chest and stomped on his back. Plaintiffs were then picked up by their cuffed wrists and searched.
