Description: On March 16, 2018, plaintiff was stopped in his car and asked to produce his license. He was subsequently taken against his will to the precinct. At the precinct, plaintiff was photographed, fingerprinted, and subjected to a urine test. Plaintiff was beaten by the defendant police officers. Plaintiff was wrongfully prosecuted and then had all charges dismissed.
