PO Federico Rivera, Sgt. Mario Morales, and POs John Does 1-10 unlawfully stopped them and make derogatory remarks about Muslims and intimidating statements about September 11th. POs proceeded to search and arrest Plaintiffs in order to force them to spend the holiday and September 11th in jail.
