Description: On June 2, 2020, the Plaintiffs were falsely arrested after participating in a peaceful BLM protest. The plaintiffs were detained for eight hours, required medical treatment, and released with summons which were later on found to be legally deficient. Plaintiffs no longer had to appear in court.
