Description: On or about August 18, 2016, defendant NYPD officer Daniel Madden (Shield No. 07841), along with unnamed defendant NYPD officers, approached plaintiff with their firearms drawn in front of a grocery store in the Bronx and unlawfully grabbed, handcuffed and arrested plaintiff in an excessive matter, causing his physical pain and suffering. Plaintiff was then processed and charged based on fabricated information that was provided by defendants to the DA. All charges were dismissed on or about September 9, 2016.

Because of the defendants conduct, the plaintiff suffered great and permanent bodily injury in and about his head, neck, back, body and limbs and was rendered sick, sore, lame and disabled, and suffered conscious pain.
