Description: On or about May 5, 2014, Plaintiff was on the streets when Defendant PO David Pierson and other Defendant police officers assaulted, battered, and unlawfully searched Plaintiff. The police officers then arrested Plaintiff and took him to the precinct where he was denied prompt and necessary medical treatment. Plaintiff was charged with criminal conduct, but never saw a criminal court judge. On May 6, 2014, Plaintiff was given a letter stating that all charges against him were dismissed and sealed pre-arraignment. Plaintiff was then released.
