Description: On or about January 21, 2021, Tyler Deloach and Glenn Porter were within Mr. Deloach's car when they were approached by NYPD officers, including Officer Angelica Torres, and were arrested without probable cause. Deloach and Porter were placed in custody, transported to the 33rd Precinct and then to central booking in Manhattan. Deloach and Porter were then remanded to Manhattan Detention Center, and then Rikers Island where they remained for nearly one month. The NYPD officers claimed to have found cocaine within the vehicle Deloach and Porter were in, but all the test results were negative. On or about February 11, 2021, all charges against Deloach and Porter were dropped and they were released.

Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle owned and operated by a friend. without probable cause Defendant officers approached the vehicle. Defendant officers ordered everyone out of the car.
