Summary

On October 22, 2021, at approximately 9:00 PM, [redacted] was standing on the corner of Audubon Avenue and West 172nd Street in Manhattan when Police Officer Anthony Hamosfakidis, of the 33rd Precinct, spoke discourteously to [redacted] and threatened to seize his property (Allegation A: Discourtesy – [redacted]; Allegation B: Abuse of Authority – [redacted]). A few minutes later, PO Hamosfakidis returned with Police Officer Daniel Sanches, of the 33rd Precinct, and approached [redacted]. PO Hamosfakidis did not provide his name or shield number to [redacted] upon request (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority – [redacted]; Allegation D: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]).
