Description: On or about January 26, 2014 POs, likely PO Qurban Fariad, falsely arrested Plaintiff for unlicensed operation of a vehicle and falsely alleged there was an outstanding bench warrant for Plaintiff. Plaintiff had previously been stopped, detained, and arrested, and ultimately released on several occasions for that same bench warrant, which was for another individual. PO Fariad and other POs should have been aware Plaintiff was not the person sought in the warrant. POs had a history of detaining and seizing young persons of minority descent and incompetently investigating improper arrests.
