Complaint
Description: On June 18, 2012, at around 5PM, Plaintiff was assaulted while sitting in his vehicle by Defendant Police Officers, including Matthew Dunne, and was taken to the 70th Precinct. Defendant Officer Dunne shattered Plaintiff’s windows on his vehcile after detaining Plaintiff. Defendant Officer called Plaintiff a “f**king immigrant” in front of a bus stop full of people. Plaintiff suffered physically, financially, and emotionally.
