Anderson was arrested for allegedly violating an Order of Protection by sending a "friend request" to her niece on Instagram, which was later changed to Facebook. Anderson denied the allegations and offered proof, which was refused. When Plaintiff reached the intersection, he observed police officers at the intersection blocking and redirecting traffic. Description: On February 27, 2015 The plaintiff was leaving his apartment when defendant Elroy Clarke attacked him and pulled out a knife threatening the plaintiff to open his apartment door. The plaintiff refused and Clarke stabbed him in the hand, robbed him of $167 and left. The plaintiff called the police, but the officer refused to write a report and instead stated racial remarks against the plaintiff. The plaintiff went to the hospital.
