Description: On June 22, 2016, the Plaintiff was arrested from her office and taken to the precinct for stalking two school crossing guards. Thereafter she was repeatedly arrested and released related to this matter. At the urging of defense counsel, the DA and NYPD conducted an investigation and concluded that all allegations were false. In November 2017, all charges were dismissed.
