Description: On December 2, 2021, Plaintiff was lawfully present at the Church Avenue & E. 18th Street subway station in Brooklyn. Defendants, including PO Randy Duran, PO Jedsen Ramos, and PO Jaswant Dyal, unlawfully approached and stopped Plaintiff. After a questioning her and demanding ID, Defendants became impatient, falsely accused Plaintiff of a criminal offense, and unlawfully seized Plaintiff. In the process, they violently grabbed her body, forcefully slammed facedown onto the ground, and kept her pressed down using their legs and knees.
