Description: On October 28, 2011 Plaintiff Courtney Ballard was in the vicinity of E 132nd St and Madison Ave. Plaintiff's acquaintances were stopped and searched, and plaintiff explained to Defendant Officers that these acquaintances were not drug dealers. Defendant Officers, including Efrain Narvaez and Sean Mohan, then called Plaintiff a "bitch" and told her to mind her own business. As the officers were leaving, Plaintiff was writing down the officers patrol car numbers. Defendant Officers Mohan and Narvaez then exited the patrol car and placed plaintiff under arrest by grabbing plaintiff's arms, forcing her arms back and forth, and pushing her until she screamed.
