Description: On July 13, 2023, plaintiff Emely Placencia was lawfully in the vicinity of Bruckner Boulevard and Leggett Avenue in the county of Bronx. Defendant officers, based on no legal justification, approached plaintiff and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained her in an aggressive and excessive manner.
