Description: On October 31, 2018, at approximately 9:00 PM, in the vicinity of 797 Hicks Street, Brooklyn, NY, NYPD police officers, including Megan O'Malley and Joseph Gonzales, approached Felton Durant without any reasonable suspicion and threw him against a wall. O'Malley called a racial slur and put her hands in his pants to touch his penis. The police then began punching Durant in the face and head, and he did not resist. They then handcuffed him with excessively tight handcuffs, arrested him, and took him to the 76th precinct where he was fingerprinted, photographed, and unlawfully detained.
