Description: On or about August 17, 2019 at approximately 2:00 AM in the vicinity of 90-73 179 Place, Queens County, New York, Plaintiff was on his way home from playing basketball when he was stopped, handcuffed and arrested by NYPD Officers Alex Schneider, Dillon Tonne and and other unnamed officers. At no time did Plaintiff possess an open container of alcohol, nor did he possess a loaded weapon, or any other illegal objects. The officers arrested Plaintiff despite there being no evidence that he was in possession of such things. Plaintiff was transported to the 107 Precinct, where he was subjected to a strip search.
