Description: On January 2, 2017, Plaintiff was on the sidewalk in Kings County, New York. NYPD officers—including PO Richard Finkelstein—shot Plaintiff with a taser and then beat him. Plaintiff was then held in custody. All charges against Plaintiff were dismissed in their entirety.
