On September 29, 2017, at approximately 10:10 p.m., PO John Olsen, Lt. Eric Dym, Sergeant Lamont Gibson, and PO Jose Cordero of PSA 7 attempted to arrest [redacted] and [redacted] for promoting gambling. The following was alleged: PO John Olsen struck [redacted] with a blunt instrument (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). An officer used physical force against [redacted] (Allegation B: Force [redacted]). PO Kaitlin Sanchez, also of PSA 7, used physical force against [redacted] who was an onlooker (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]).
