On June 20, 2018, at approximately 2:18 p.m., Police Officer Leo Bonacasa, an Anti-Crime officer of the 79th Precinct, stopped [redacted] in his vehicle in front of 754 Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, exonerated). PO Bonacasa searched [redacted] vehicle (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, exonerated) and allegedly damaged the inside of [redacted] vehicle during that search (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, unfounded).
