On July 13, 2018, at approximately 9:30am, while standing in the backyard of [redacted] in Queens, and its immediate vicinity, PO Angelo Reyes, PO Milton Russi, PO Nakisha Bogle, PO Randy PaulSaint, all of the 104th Precinct, pointed their guns at [redacted] (Allegations A, B, C, and D; Force, Exonerated). [redacted] was placed under arrest, escorted to a police vehicle and transported to the 104th Precinct stationhouse. While inside the stationhouse, [redacted] became unresponsive and Det. Diaz administered CPR with the assistance of an automated external defibrillator (subsequently referred to as AED) machine. FDNY EMS arrived on scene shortly thereafter, and they transported [redacted] to [redacted] where he was pronounced dead on arrival. On [redacted] observed [redacted]s body at [redacted], and observed bruises, scrapes, and cuts to his body which she believed he sustained through the incident with the police officers (Allegation E; Force, Unfounded).
