Summary

On November 1, 2018, shortly before 10:50 p.m., [redacted] allegedly sold crack cocaine to an undercover officer from Bronx Narcotics as part of a buy-and-bust operation. Members of the Bronx Narcotics field team-including Lieutenant David Camhi, Detective Joseph Ruggieri (who has since been reassigned to the Force Investigation Division), and Detective Paul Zaino-pursued [redacted] in separate vehicles.
