Summary

On January 16, 2019, at approximately 3:00 p.m. on the corner of [redacted] in Manhattan, [redacted] were attacked by a group of students. Officers responded to multiple 911 calls that there was a physical fight. Police Officer Tyler Conner of the 23rd Precinct grabbed [redacted] by her shoulders and shook her (Allegation A, Force, [redacted]). Sergeant Jonathan Hom of the 23rd Precinct directed Police Officer Zohaib Iqbal and another unknown officer to arrest [redacted] for assault. [redacted] was taken to the 23rd Precinct stationhouse.
