Summary

On October 29, 2019, at approximately 9 a.m., [redacted] and his friends were trespassing inside of 3230 Cruger Avenue in the Bronx when they were approached and arrested for criminal trespass by officers from the 47th Precinct. PO Charles Alexander handcuffed [redacted] and asked him to sit down. When he refused, PO Alexander grabbed him by his body and forcibly pushed him down to the ground (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). When [redacted] stood back up, PO Alexander grabbed him by the front of his jacket and pushed him backwards causing his legs to fly into the air and his head to make contact with the ground (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]). Prior to being placed in a patrol vehicle, [redacted] allegedly heard PO Alexander say to another officer, "This little nigger just called me a nigger."
