On December 27, 2019, at approximately 6 a.m., officers forcibly entered and searched [redacted]s residence at [redacted] in Queens, while executing a no-knock search warrant obtained by Detective Howard Kwok of Narcotics Borough Queens South (Allegations A-B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det.
