On March 16, 2020, at approximately 9 P.M., [redacted] called 911 to report that her sister, [redacted] was attacking her at their home, [redacted] located at [redacted] in Brooklyn, where they lived with their mother, [redacted] and their brother, [redacted]. PO Amet Vrzivoli, PO Kaitlin Zeno, PO Raheem Barnes, and Sgt. John Freisen, all assigned to the 68th Precinct, responded. PO Vrzivoli, PO Zeno, and Sgt. Freisen entered the building (Allegations A, B, and C, Abuse of Authority: [redacted]) and then [redacted] (Allegations D, E, and F, Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). While at the incident location, Sgt. Freisen allegedly refused to obtain medical treatment for [redacted] (Allegation G, Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Vrzivoli then threatened to arrest [redacted] (Allegations H, I, J, and K, Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). While walking downstairs, PO Vrzivoli encountered [redacted] and stated, "Get out of my fucking way. Get out of my fucking way," (Allegations L and M, Discourtesy: [redacted]). Then, when back inside the apartment, PO Vrzivoli stated to [redacted], "Don't do anything stupid shit" (Allegation N, Discourtesy: [redacted]). While handcuffing [redacted], PO Zeno allegedly pushed [redacted] knee into the bed, causing bruising (Allegation O, Force: [redacted]). While handcuffing [redacted], PO Barnes allegedly pushed her into a wall (Allegation P, Force: [redacted]). After officers brought [redacted] back to the 68th Precinct stationhouse, [redacted] arrived at the stationhouse. There, Sgt.
