On May 19, 2020, at approximately 7:00 a.m., Detective Daniel Silverio, Sergeant John Albertelli, Detective Munir Alhidami, Detective Christopher Heredia, and Detective Michael Leclair all of Manhattan Warrant Squad arrived at [redacted]'s apartment at [redacted] in Manhattan in search of [redacted]. They allegedly banged and kicked on [redacted]'s apartment door, causing the door to move when the wind blows (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). An officer allegedly told [redacted] that if she did not open her door, they would break the door down and arrest everyone in the apartment (Allegations B- F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] then used her mobile phone to start an audio recording and opened her door, at which point Det. Silverio entered and led the officers into [redacted]'s apartment (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. Albertelli, Det. Alhidami, and Det.
