On June 2, 2020, at approximately 8:40 p.m., at the intersection of Madison Avenue and East 95th Street in Manhattan, [redacted] and [redacted] were marching in a Black Lives Matter demonstration. Officers began apprehending marchers for violating the Mayor's curfew order. Police Officer Michael Sisinni, of the 7th Precinct, and another unidentified officer, pulled [redacted] to the ground before handcuffing him (Allegation A: Force, [redacted] Allegation B: Force, [redacted] Officers apprehended [redacted] without bringing her to the ground and handcuffed her with zip-tie "Flex Cuffs." The cuffs were far too tight on one of [redacted]s wrists.
