On June 5, 2020, at approximately 8:00 p.m., officers from the 75th Precinct began dispersing a crowd in the vicinity of the complexes located at [redacted] in Brooklyn. In the vicinity of [redacted] PO Nowaiz Rasool, PO Alec Solomito, and other unidentified officers from the 75th Precinct allegedly used profanities while telling the crowd to disperse (Allegation A: Discourtesy, Subject Retired; Allegation B: Discourtesy, Unsubstantiated; Allegation C: Discourtesy, Officers Unidentified). Officers then allegedly told [redacted] "Get the fuck in the house" (Allegation D: Discourtesy, Officers Unidentified). PO John Plumitallo pushed [redacted] and PO Oscar Mancilla took [redacted] to the ground (Allegation E: Force, Substantiated; Allegation F: Force, Exonerated). PO Rasool then struck [redacted] with his baton (Allegation G: Force, Subject Retired).
While the crowd was in the middle of a courtyard, officers ran towards the crowd and [redacted] and [redacted] ran away. PO Brandon Gentz then struck [redacted] with his baton and said, "Come on mother fucker" before handcuffing him (Allegation H: Force, Substantiated; Allegation I: Discourtesy, Substantiated).
