On June 11, 2021, at approximately 11:10 p.m., at the intersection of East 53rd Street and Avenue J in Brooklyn, Police Officer Michael Cioffi of the 63rd Precinct used physical force against [redacted] (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]) and Sergeant Gary Leite of the 63rd Precinct hit [redacted] against a vehicle (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]).
