On September 5, 2021, during the Labor Day weekend, at approximately 1:00 a.m., [redacted] and multiple other individuals were present at [redacted] in Brooklyn for the celebration of the birth of [redacted] children. Individuals were at the location playing music and waiting for [redacted] to arrive. Three unmarked police vehicles stopped outside of [redacted] Several officers, including PO Omar Delarosa, PO Aaqib Bhatti, PO Mubbashar Zahid, LSA Timothy Brovakos, and other unidentified officers exited their vehicles.
