Summary

On November 11, 2021, at approximately 2:30 p.m., [redacted] was arrested at her residence at [redacted] in Queens [redacted] (Board Review 04). Police Officer Franklin Taveras of the 103rd Precinct handcuffed [redacted] and allegedly pulled her "harshly" (Allegation A – Force: Physical Force, within NYPD guidelines). At the 103rd Precinct stationhouse, Police Officer Christina Anderson of the 103rd Precinct allegedly touched [redacted]'s bare genitals in a sexual manner while frisking her (Allegation B – Abuse of Authority: Sexual Assault, unfounded). [redacted] asked to be taken to a hospital for stomach cramps and leg pain.
