Summary

On June 8, 2022, [redacted] was driving in Brooklyn when Police Officer Anthony Carolei and Police Officer Alexander Caballery of the 70th Precinct stopped his vehicle at the intersection of Lott Street and Beverly Road. [redacted] was handcuffed, brought back to the 70th Precinct station house, and lodged in a cell for an hour and a half (Allegations A and B, Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) and released with a summons for reckless driving.
